A SPOOKY NEW GHOST TOUR WITH LIMITED SPACES ONLY
TUESDAYS, 10 JULY - 21 AUGUST, 2007

At night you can see him as a shadowy figure that passes by office doors. As he moves his way around the building, doors mysteriously open and close in progression down the long corridor. Occasionally strange tunes are heard being whistled on the staircase drifting up to the void through the building. One of Melbourne’s best kept secrets, he is the ghost of Old Treasury.

Drew guideTo commemorate City Museum at Old Treasury's upcoming Spooks: Stories of Haunted Melbourne exhibition, The Haunted Bookshop is running a special, limited-edition ghost tour conducted by Haunted Melbourne Ghost Tour operator and Haunted Australia TV presenter, Drew Sinton.

Gold vaultsSpooks combines moving images with contemporary art and historical articles to reveal the ghostly stories behind 20 of our most loved haunted buildings and places, from the Princess Theatre and Old Melbourne Gaol, to Como House, Werribee Mansion and beyond. The exhibition runs 4 July - 26 August, 2007.
